RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order.

Return conditions
For change-of-mind returns, caps must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags and packaging. Briefly trying on the cap indoors is acceptable if it remains in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return
Email sterlingurbanrise@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions and the return address. Contact us before shipping your return, and send it within 14 calendar days after approval. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly at sterlingurbanrise@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, when possible. Sterling Urban Rise will cover any required return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund. If the entire order is returned because of a defect or our error, we will also refund the original shipping charge.

Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds, including applicable taxes on returned items, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges
Contact us to request a different color. Exchanges depend on availability. Any applicable shipping costs will be explained before you proceed.

Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible to request cancellation before shipment. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process.

Marketplace purchases
For purchases made through another marketplace, use that platform’s return process and applicable policies.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
