SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Sterling Urban Rise prepares and hands orders to the shipping carrier within 1–2 calendar days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery
For orders within the contiguous United States, estimated delivery is 7–8 calendar days from the date of purchase. This includes order processing and carrier transit time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances may extend delivery times. If your order is delayed, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping costs and destinations
Shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The delivery estimate above does not apply to international orders.

Order tracking
We will provide tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible after shipment.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email sterlingurbanrise@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos of any damage when possible. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
